Known Problems and their Fixes
In general, make sure that you have up-to-date graphics and sound drivers installed, as well as the latest version of DirectX. A good place to look for current drivers is www.download.com or the website of your driver manufacturer. DirectX updates can be downloaded at www.microsoft.com/directx.
