Note:  In this video solution, a "special move" is used, where you bounce a POW off the ice wall where the Turtle and Spikey were located, so that it hits an out-of-reach barrel at the point when you can still recharge POW.  This move does not require super-quick fingers to execute (especially if you also use the keyboard), but it is true that you can die if you mess up.  So see this video instead for how to do the level without using the special move.
